To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how much his Department has spent on programmes to help the unemployed move back to work in each year since 1997; if he will list the programmes involved, specifying the amounts spent on each programme in each year since 1997; and what percentage of each amount was spent in Scotland.
