To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had with Cabinet colleagues on the effects of the Chancellor's proposals in the pre-Budget report on the economy in Wales.
Regular ones. As a result of the pre-Budget report, an additional £38.5 million will be invested in Wales, measures to improve skills, productivity and entrepreneurship and Council tax support.
