Titanic Quarter Ltd. is currently preparing a masterplan, in conjunction with Belfast Harbour Commissioners, for the development of the Titanic Quarter site and has consulted interested parties, including Belfast city council, the Department for Regional Development and Planning Service. The masterplan is being developed within the context of the Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan, and individual development proposals will be subject to consultation in accordance with the normal statutory planning process. I understand that the masterplan will be available shortly; the timing is a matter for Titanic Quarter Ltd.
