To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what the Environment Agency's budget was for regulation of waste management for (a) 2000–01, (b) 2001–02, (c) 2002–03 and (d) 2003–04, and what percentage this was of the agency's total budget in each year.
