To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Department for Constitutional Affairs what steps he is taking to implement the White Paper "Effective Enforcement"; and if he will make a statement.

The reforms proposed in the "Effective Enforcement" White Paper will require legislation. The Government will introduce legislation when parliamentary time allows.
