To ask the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to his answer of 25 March 2004 to the hon. Member for Isle of Wight, Official Report, column 982W, on rail services (a) what information he collects and (b) if he will make a statement on the punctuality and reliability of trains destined for Portsmouth harbour.
