To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he will publish an organogram for the structures of the National Probation Directorate, HM Prison Service and the National Offender Management Service; and what its likely effects will be on personnel and staffing.

The Government will make available details of the structure and organisation of the National Offender Management Service when this is finalised. It is hoped that the proposed structure will be completed soon and can be discussed with trade unions and other key stakeholders.
