To ask the Leader of the House what percentage of hon. Members have used the facility of a visit to an EU institution in each of the years for which figures are available.

I refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my predecessor on 21 October 2002, Hansard, column 106W. I understand that the percentage of Members who used this facility during 2002–03 rose to 24 per cent. This includes visits to national parliaments as well as to EU institutions.
