What plans they have for the future of the Tote; and over what timescale they intend to achieve this change.

We plan to bring forward a Bill which will include provision for the sale of the Tote. We have made it clear that our wish is to sell to a trust which represents relevant horseracing interests. The Bill will be introduced as soon as parliamentary time allows.
