To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions when he proposes to make regulations under the Transport Act 2000 to amend the transfers of liability to vehicle hirers for fixed penalty charge notices for bus lane contraventions under the London Local Authorities Act 1996.

Our target is to make London bus lane enforcement regulations under section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 this autumn.
