To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what proportion of telephone calls to the Child Benefit Centre in Washington, Tyne and Wear were charged at (a) national and (b) local call rates in the last 12 months.

All telephone calls to the Child Benefit Centre over the last 12 months were charged at the national call rate.
