An independent project review of DFID's support to the Improving Rural Livelihood in North and East Uganda project was undertaken in May 2001. It reported that, overall, the project outputs were likely to be largely achieved. In particular, the capacity for client-oriented research, technology transfer, and the development of technology approaches and systems have improved. A further review will be conducted in June 2002.
