To ask the Prime Minister what recommendations he has made with regard to the timetable on which the rights of access in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 will come fully into force; and if he will place a copy of these recommendations in the Library.
Paragraph 16 of the Ministerial Code makes clear that the internal process through which a decision has been made should not be disclosed. Exemption 2 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government information applies.
