To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many incidents of violence attributed to (a) republican paramilitaries and (b) loyalist paramilitaries there have been since 1 January.

The following table provides a breakdown of security situation statistics from 1 January 2001 to 26 October 2001.
