Mr. Andrew F. Bennett asked the Prime Minister what new proposals she intends to put to the Mexico summit meeting on aid for the Third world.

The Prime Minister: The Cancun summit is not intended to negotiate precise measures. The ideas which I will advocate on the key issues are foreshadowed in the Government's reply to the Foreign Affairs Committee (Cmnd. 8369).
