Mr. Grylls asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if, further to his reply to the hon. Member for Macclesfield (Mr. Winterton) on 30 July 1981, Official Report, c. 1153, he will show how the totals of special sales of public sector assets for 1979舑80 and 1980舑81 are made-up.
