The latest Six-monthly Report on the implementation of the Sino-British Joint Declaration on Hong Kong was published today, and is attached. It covers the period from 1 July – 31 December 2023. The report has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. A copy is also available on the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office website https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/six-monthly-reports-on-hong-kong. I commend the report to the House.
