My right honourable friend the Prime Minister has made the following Statement.

Following appropriate consultation and in accordance with Section 10 of the Intelligence Services Act 1994, I have appointed the right honourable Lord Foulkes of Cumnock as a member of the Intelligence and Security Committee in place of Baroness Ramsey of Cartvale.
