Alert me about debates like this

The problem I am having with the Minister’s speech is that he keeps answering questions that have not been asked and caricaturing those who have been critical of the Saudi regime as somehow wanting to break off relations for all time or to end any trade with the area. It is all very well talking about social and economic rights, but this is a debate on human rights in Saudi Arabia. Will he answer the question I put to his hon. Friend Crispin Blunt: where has he seen an improvement in human rights in Saudi Arabia under the Mohammad bin Salman regime?
