To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions ministers or officials have had with the UK Government regarding the implications for Scotland of the draft Constitutional Renewal Bill.
Officials have been in regular contact with counterparts in the UK Government about the content of the Constitutional Renewal Bill and ministers have exchanged correspondence in relation to a range of issues.
