To ask the Scottish Executive how many hospital admissions due to assault by a sharp object there were in 2010 in NHS Lothian, broken down by hospital.
Information for the calendar year 2010 is not yet centrally available. Complete data for 2010 should be available from ISD on request in June 2011. The following table shows information on the number of inpatient and day case hospital episodes in NHS Lothian in the financial year 2009-10 due to assault by sharp object, broken down by hospital.
