Records show that the Scottish Government has consented two windfarms with an outstanding Scottish Natural Heritage objection since May 2007. These are: (1) Mark Hill in South Ayrshire, consented in June 2008, and; (2) Fallago Rig, in the Scottish Borders, consented in November 2010 after two pubic inquires.
