To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent the Crown Estate Commission submits regular reports to ministers and the Scottish Parliament on its Scottish operations, giving details of the number of any such reports and the dates on which they were submitted.

The Crown Estates publishes its annual report in July each year and circulates it widely to a range of interests including Scottish ministers with a portfolio interest, and MSPs with a Constituency interest. The Crown Estates also makes an important contribution to the consideration marine policy in Scotland, sitting on both the Advisory Group on Marine and Coastal Strategy and the Ministerial Working Group on Aquaculture.
