To ask the Scottish Executive what the uptake of travel cards under the national concessionary travel scheme has been in Stirling.

Statistics are only available by local authority area. Therefore, as at 20 March 2007 the number of National Entitlement Cards, which give an entitlement to Scotland-wide free bus travel for older and disabled people and Scotland-wide concessionary travel scheme for young people, issued to Stirling Council residents was as follows:
