To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-16252 by Cathy Jamieson on 11 May 2005, what the timetable is for HM Chief Inspector of Prisons to finalise his plans "to inspect the conditions in which prisoners are transported or held in pursuance of prisoner escort arrangements".
