To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list each incident of failure to comply with agreed reporting procedures at HM Prison Kilmarnock, giving the date and describing the nature of the incident in each case.

I have asked Tony Cameron, Chief Executive of the Scottish Prison Service to respond. His response is as follows:

The only recorded incident took place on 28 March 2001 when a failure to comply with agreed reporting procedures was noted in relation to a prisoner’s location within HM Prison Kilmarnock.
