To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1O-6514 by Malcolm Chisholm on 27 February 2003, whether it will now ask the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) to institute an inquiry into the operations of Eurocare Environmental Services Ltd, in the light of the company's recent prosecution and conviction in England for breaches of environmental legislation relating to waste disposal
