The Justice Department officials involved in the consultation are in contact with organisations representing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in order to arrange a meeting to discuss their particular issues and concerns. We are also keen to have written responses from all interested parties, and particularly welcome views from individuals who have been involved in cases as witnesses.
