To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the announcement by the Minister for Environment, Sport and Culture on 28 February 2001 regarding the future structure of the water industry, whether it anticipates any delays in the procurement of any construction work planned by the water authorities as a result of these proposed changes and what steps it is taking to avert or minimise any such anticipated delays.
