To ask the Scottish Executive how many letters it received from (a) MPs and (b) MSPs concerning constituency issues in the period from 1 July 1999 to 7 July 2000.
This information is not available. The logging system of the Scottish Executive records only a broad description of the subject matter of MP’s and MSP’s letters. From the information recorded it is not possible to identify whether a letter has been written on behalf of a constituent or if it is about a local constituency matter.
