If the Government is open to “going faster” on meeting EPC targets, is it also open to going faster on dealing with Fuel Poverty than is suggested in the Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill?
A household is said to be in fuel poverty when its members cannot afford to keep adequately warm at reasonable cost, given their income.
