First of all, the funding is there as part of the £250 million to support the integration of health and social care. Secondly, it was the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities and local government that asked for the payment of the living wage to be put back to October, so that they could prepare the ground for its introduction in the social care sector. Does the member accept that?
