After Parliament's debate and decision on Lord Fraser's report, I have two brief comments. First, I reiterate the public apology to the people of Scotland that I made as Presiding Officer in my evidence to the Fraser inquiry. Secondly, it is time now for this Parliament not to be a prisoner of its past but the cause of what happens next. It is time now for all of us in this place to be ambitious for Scotland.
