If we substitute amendment 41 for amendment 94—Fergus Ewing spoke in favour of amendment 94 and my party leader supported the amendment—the bill will allow fox baiting to continue. It is unacceptable that the bill, which was intended to ban three things, be amended to allow either mounted fox hunts or bear baiting to continue.
