I just want to ask for guidance. When a member has indicated Opposition to a specific statutory instrument, is it really appropriate that they should all be taken en bloc? Would not it be more appropriate for the issues to be separated?

I shall ask the Parliamentary Bureau to consider that. At the moment, however, all I can say is that there was one motion and I had to put the question to the chamber. I take your point and it is something that we will look into.

The ninth question is, that motion S1M-1459, in the name of Tom McCabe, on the designation of lead committees, be agreed to. Are we agreed?
