Scottish Parliament: Decision Time (3 Feb 2010)

Scottish Parliament: Budget (Scotland) (No 4) Bill: Stage 3 (3 Feb 2010)

Andy Kerr: ...amendment is defeated today, Labour will place the project in its manifesto for the Scottish Parliament. Unlike the SNP on many of its pledges, we deliver when we are in Government.
