Richard Baker: ...that the proposed community court should not go ahead, but I am confident that the Parliament thinks that we should proceed with the idea. That is why we will support the motion. I move amendment S3M-4065.1, to insert at end: "and further believes that the Scottish Government should reverse its decision and seek to progress plans for a community court in Glasgow."
