The first question is, that amendment S3M-3325.1.1, in the name of John Scott, which seeks to amend amendment S3M-3325.1, in the name of Michael Russell, on forestry, be agreed to. Are we agreed?

John Scott: ...the leasing proposals. However, we await with bated breath the answer to the questions posed by us and by the consultees and other parties, and thereafter we will come to a view. I move amendment S3M-3325.1.1, to insert at end: "and to subsequent detailed parliamentary scrutiny of any proposals brought forward as a result of the consultation."
