The first question is, that amendment S2M-1039.1, in the name of Lord James Douglas-Hamilton, which seeks to amend motion S2M-1039, in the name of Peter Peacock, that the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill be passed, be agreed to.
