Lord David Steel: I have 14 questions to put to the chamber for decision time, so I will concentrate. The first question is, that amendment S1M-3106.1, in the name of Nicola Sturgeon, which seeks to amend motion S1M-3106, in the name of Malcolm Chisholm, on investment and reform in health and community care, be agreed to. Are we agreed?

We can build a consensus around some ideas for reform in the health service, but we must first have a Scottish Executive that is prepared to listen. I move amendment S1M-3106.1, to leave out from first "welcomes" to end and insert: "regrets that the sustainability of investment in health is dependent solely on decisions taken by Her Majesty's Government...
