Alex Salmond: Have you overlooked new clause 3, Mr. Morris?
Lord Morris of Manchester: asked Her Majesty's Government: What was the response of the War Pensions Agency to the report of Lieutenant-Colonel Graham Howe of the British Forces Health Service in Germany on Lance Corporal Alex Izett's previously unexplained illnesses since receiving multiple vaccinations for deployment to the Gulf for the 1990–91 conflict.
Alex Fergusson: Good afternoon. As always, our first item is time for reflection. Our time for reflection leader today is Rabbi Nancy Morris from the Glasgow Reform synagogue.
James Morris: I refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for Nottingham North (Alex Norris MP) on 6 July 2022 to Question 23788.

Wendy Alexander: On the most recent occasion on which I met Estelle Morris, the UK Secretary of State for Education and Skills, we had a wide-ranging discussion that touched on student support. With respect, I am not sure about the current position relating to the specific matter that Alex Neil raises. I would be happy to write to him on the detail of that matter.
Grahame Morris: I recall that very clearly. It was said in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Stockton North (Alex Cunningham), and I may have referred to that in my opening remarks, because the suggestion from the Minister—we can check Hansard—was that GPs would not have to reduce the time spent, which is eight or nine minutes on average.
Alex Cunningham: Further to the question from my hon. Friend the Member for Easington (Grahame M. Morris), the Secretary of State has failed to answer the series of questions from The Northern Echo after his disparaging remarks about some east Durham schools. Will he say how many of the schools he referred to he has actually visited or will he have the decency to apologise for his remarks?
Lord Morris of Manchester: ...publish in the Official Report the findings of Lieutenant-Colonel Graham Howe of the British Forces Health Services in Germany, quoted, in the Times on 12 January, in the case of Lance Corporal Alex Izett, whose expected deployment to the Gulf for the 1990–91 conflict was cancelled after he had received vaccination against anthrax, botulism, plague, and other biological agents.
Alex Salmond: On a point of order, Mr. Morris. Is it in order for the Chief Secretary to address the House with this posture? He seems to be arranged in such a way that he can see all who want to intervene and are sitting behind him but none of those in front of him. Would it be possible to ask you to ask the Chief Secretary to adjust his crooked posture?
