Wendy Morton: ...and hospital boards. Clearly, many have made the decision, and many others are in the process of doing so. Earlier in the summer, I met the hon. and learned Member for Holborn and St Pancras (Keir Starmer), and I have written to Members whose constituencies have an NHS body with trustees appointed by the Secretary of State, which would be affected by my Bill, to keep them fully informed....
