Mr Duncan Sandys: On a point of order. Is is not quite improper for the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Derby, South (Mr. Philip Noel-Baker), when rising on a point of order, to try to impute to me a motive in asking a particular Question?
Duncan Baker: I come from the rural constituency of North Norfolk, where farmers form one of the most important sectors. Does the Secretary of State agree that the Agriculture Bill brings an excellent opportunity to tackle climate change head-on and that, as an industry, the farming community has an important part to play in helping with our environment?
Duncan Baker: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether sustainable farming activities under the Agriculture Bill will be deemed active practices and benefit farmers for the purposes of VAT and inheritance tax legislation; and if he will make a statement.
Duncan Baker: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what steps he is taking to improve mobile phone coverage in North Norfolk constituency; and what the timeframe is for improving that coverage.
