Member for Islington North (Jeremy Corbyn) on 9 November 2010, Official Report, column 141, on the Western Sahara, what steps were taken in response to his request for monitoring by his Department's officials based in Morocco.

Friend the Member for Islington North (Jeremy Corbyn), I have just checked the record for 2001, when I intervened on the then Minister and said that there was no chance of reducing the flow of heroin from Afghanistan, which then stood at 90% of the world's production. The current figure is still 90%. What improvement has there been?
