Mrs Helen Liddell: Dover House is owned by the Crown Estate and leased to the Scotland Office. The value of the building is a matter for the Crown Estate. The rental cost in 2001–02 was £10,500.
Mrs Helen Liddell: My Department leases accommodation in Edinburgh from the Local Authorities Mutual Investment Trust (LAMIT) and from the Crown Estate in London.
Mrs Helen Liddell: ...under the Representation of the People Act 1983, as amended; in relation to the Boundary Commission for Scotland under the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986, as amended; in relation to the Crown Estate Commissioners under the Crown Estate Act 1961, and under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act 1936.
Mrs Helen Liddell: The Crown Estate provides funding and other support to each of the Scottish estuary forums. In addition, it has one member of staff on secondment to the Scottish Coastal Forum of which it is a member and participates in the management groups of the Tay, Forth, Cromarty Firth, Clyde and Solway Forums.
