I agree with last comment posted, but found this speech was more about selling Labour and their achievements, I would have thought that more could have been said on what they are going to do to stop modern day slavery in every country. Unfortunately it may be too late for the 500 Vietnamese children who are being deported back to Vietnam as they have no rights to stay all because they are classed as lone immigrants even though they were brought in to this country to be sold to the sex trade and sweat shops.Poverty is the main reason for todays slavery, I just wish that instead of spending millions of pounds on celebrations that we mere mortals will not be invited to that the governments would instead give that money to those who need it and would put it to better use, that includes the many people in the UK who are also living in poverty.
