Essentially, they used a helicopter gunship firing an air-to-surface missile to kill a blind guy in wheelchair as well as ten other bystanders. It's legitimate to ask for what reason the normal process applied in a civilized nation of "arrest", "trial", and "sentence" was ruled out in this case. It's very difficult to think of an excuse -- even a made up one -- that puts this event into a context outside of revenge, provocation, or naked aggression designed to evoke fear.

It is actions like this, which cannot be cloaked in any kind of reason, that prove that the only moral difference with regards to the violence by both sides is the level of technology and hardware.
