Amateur Andy's degree in English and the vast experience he gained spending two days at Leigh Hospital certainly qualifies him for his new position.
He seems to play down the problems thousands and thousands of people have accessing an NHS Dentist. Not simply access, the sky high charges even with NHS Dentist's are so "offputting" that people have resorted to removing teeth themselves.
The job is to big for an amateur. He has shown himself to be out of his depth and immature in every position he held in the past. The sooner he's gone the better.
