      • 16 October-6 November 2004 to United States, to visit Washington, Seattle, Kansas City and New York, at the invitation of the US State Department as part of their International Visitor Programme. The costs of the visit were funded by the US Government, except for the flights to and from the US which I paid for myself. Virgin Atlantic upgraded both these flights to First Class.
