  • Under the terms of my departure from Kellyfield Consulting (the headhunting/recruiting company of which I was a director prior to entering Parliament and a 50% shareholder), I have disposed of my entire interest (subject to that detailed in category 9, below). As part of my earn-out arrangement I shall receive six six-monthly payments of 50,000 on the final day of May and November during 2002, 2003 and 2004.
  • Elected councillor in Kensington and Chelsea (until 2 May 2002).
